Our themed parties are great for children aged 5-11 - For Under 5’s we can offer more age- appropriate activities - get in touch at info@incredibleeducation.co.uk

Cleavley Community Forest Garden - Cleavley Road (off Blantyre Street) Winton - M30-8HY We are on the Port Salford Greenway, next door to Cleavley Athletic Track

Length of Party

Parties last for 2 hours

Saturdays 1pm-3pm - dates available are: 3rd October, 17th October, 31st October, 14th November. 28th November 2026. Other days and times may be available by special arrangement - please enquire.

Number of Guests

 The optimum number of guests is 12 - 15, larger groups can be accommodated by special arrangement.

Forest Adventure Party

Games- Capture the Flag and Vanish

Making a Forest School Medal out of natural materials

Den Building

Cooking on an open fire- children learn how to whittle to make a toasting stick and toast marshmallows on the fire. We will also have hot dogs and juice or hot chocolate in colder weather.

Dinosaur Party

Hunt the Dinosaur Game-finding dinosaurs hidden in the woodland

Making a giant dinosaur nest out of natural materials.

Dinosaur craft activity - make a ‘dinosaur fossil’ to take home

Free Play

Fairies and Elves Party

Face paints/fairy wings to wear.

Games - find the gift that the fairies and elves have hidden for the children in the woodland

Creating fairy and elf villages outside our fairy doors placed around the woodland-the children will use natural materials to make the special features of the fairy villages.

Making Fairy wands to take home- we will use sticks with ribbons and colourful decorations to create our own wands.

​Food is included in the pricing. We can cater for allergies, vegetarians etc if we are informed in advance.

 What to do you need to bring?

All you need to bring is a cake and if required, party bags

​You will also need to provide at least two responsible adults to accompany the party into the woodland, more adults will be needed for a party with smaller children.

Clothing

Anyone coming down to the woodland, grownups included must wear suitable clothing for the woodland and activities.  This includes sturdy shoes, long trousers and long sleeved tops are recommended and waterproofs for wet days.

How much does a party cost?

A forest party costs £240 for up to 12 children - additional children up to 15 children are £15 each additional child. For larger parties please contact us to discuss arrangements.

​A £50 deposit is required to secure the booking and the remaining balance must be paid on the day.

Parties will go ahead in most weathers and we have shelter if it rains. In cases of severe winds, high chance of lightning or severe heatwaves we may need to postpone your party and another date will be offered. In periods of low rainfall/heatwaves we may not be able to offer a campfire in order to keep everyone safe.
