A Forest School party is something different for your child to enjoy with their friends and we love celebrating birthdays in the woodland.
Ages
Our parties are great for children aged 5-11 - For Under 5’s get in touch at info@incredibleeducation.co.uk

Cleavley Community Forest Garden - Cleavley Road (off Blantyre Street) Winton - M30-8HY We are on the Port Salford Greenway, next door to Cleavley Athletic Track
Length of Party
Parties last for 2 hours
Saturdays-10am-12noon or 1pm-3pm
Number of Guests
The optimum number of guests is 12
Over 8 years we can go up to 15 guests
Open Fire Cooking
Cooking on an open fire- children learn how to whittle to make a toasting stick. Children will toast marshmallows on the fire.

Games- Capture the Flag. Vanish
Making a Forest School Medal out of natural materials
Den Building Activity
Cooking on an open fire- children learn how to whittle to make a toasting stick. Children will toast marshmallows on the fire. We will also have hot dogs and juice. Or hot chocolate in colder weather.
Dinosaur Party
Hunt the Dinosaur Game-finding dinosaurs hidden in the woodland
Making a giant dinosaur nest out of natural materials.
Dinosaur craft activity
Games

Fairies and Elves Party
Face paints/fairy wings to wear.
Games
Creating fairy and elf villages outside our fairy doors placed around the woodland-the children will use natural materials to make the special features of the fairy villages.
Making Fairy wands to take home- we will use sticks with ribbons and colourful feathers to create our own wands.
Cooking on the campfire- Children will toast marshmallows on the fire. We will also have hot dogs and juice. Or hot chocolate in colder weather.
Food is included in the pricing. We can cater for allergies, vegetarians etc if we are informed in advance.
What to do you need to bring?
All you need to bring is a cake and if required party bags
You will also need to provide at least two responsible adults to accompany the party into the woodland.
Optional extras
We can provide a beautiful Forest School themed birthday cake for £50 or themed cupcakes at £2.75 per cake. The cupcakes are great to add to party bags.
Clothing
Anyone coming down to the woodland, grownups included must wear suitable clothing for the woodland and activities. This includes sturdy shoes.

How much does a party cost?
A forest party costs £195 for up to 12 children then additional children are charged at £15 a head up to a maximum of 15 children.
A £50 deposit is required to secure the booking and the remaining balance must be paid on the day.
We can also provide personalised invitations.
